Slide notes: In this tutorial we look at the Stock Batch Tracking enquiry, and we use it for finding out what has happened to Items on this Manufacture Batch.

Slide notes: Some Stock Items may be managed on the basis of Batch Tracking, and this is the Manufacturer Batch Number, which should not be confused with Batch numbers used on Journals.

Slide notes: An example of one of the reasons we may wish to query or track a Batch of Stock Items to know what has

happened to it, is when there is a problem with the Batch of Products. For example, a Manufacturer may withdraw

or re-call a Product Batch because of some problem with it, like Drugs or Medicines that are faulty or dangerous. In

cases like these, we need to be able to easily find out whom we may have sold these Items to.
