Slide 1

Slide notes: There are 3 User Codes in the system that are reserved. The 1st one we look at is user "dm". This user Code is a standard User Code with the D3 database and with IES. When you 1st install your system, you will use this User Code to log on and make your own User Codes. Thereafter, use of this User Code should be discontinued from general use, and the User Code should not be amended or deleted.

Slide notes: The next User Code we look at is "tt" and this User Code is present in any IES system. It is reserved by Infolab, and to be used by Infolab for any on-line support done to your system. Do not change this User Code in any manner, and do not delete it.

Slide notes: User Code "phant" is also reserved and is in fact the internal IES "System Manager", used by the system for various actions. This is not a logon User and should never be used as such. It should not be amended nor deleted. The only proper use of this User Code is to use it as a "from User" to copy access to another User Code, since User "phant" has full access to all system functions and is therefore useful to "copy access from".
