We
are looking at the Business Profiles and in this session we are looking at
the AP/Creditors Business Profile. |
We
can Access this Business Profile for the User, John Smith, from the User
Master Record. |
From
the Business Profiles Option list, we select AP/Creditors. |
A User who does not have
an AP/Creditors Business Profile can still use the Creditors Module or
Application, without any problem. But this Profile
provides for specific Privileges and if the User wants to perform any of
these particular Actions, then he or she will need a Profile to list one or
more of these Privileges. What we are talking
about, is specifically to open New AP/Creditors Accounts or to close any existing accounts,
to perform Matching or to perform Matching Re-Build. The User must have a
Profile and must have one of the Privileges or the specific Privilege for the Action listed
here. |
