Slide notes: We will now look at the PDF Failures Report and what is it for? Well, when we produce Debtor Statements in bulk, we do have options to send off some Statements by e-mail, automatically, in PDF format, if the Customer wants that. So the PDF Failures report is a tool to learn whether all those Statements have gone off successfully, and to list any that have not.

Slide notes: And here we have an example where we have created a Pdf failure incident on purpose so that it can be shown in this Report. This report, therefore, is a check after performing a Statement production that includes some Pdf's by e-mail. If some have failed to be dispatched successfully, then they will be highlighted here and we can take corrective action.
