Slide 1

Slide notes: From the AP master screen, we have a function to access all Invoices connected to this Supplier Account.

Slide 2

Slide notes: Invoices are listed in the order of the most recent Invoices being listed at the top, with older Invoices being listed lower down. We can see the statuses and amounts of all of these Invoices, and which Invoices have already been paid, which are closed, which are open, and so forth.

Slide 3

Slide notes: We can also drill into any Invoice by dbl-clicking on it.

Slide 4

Slide notes: Depending on our access level, and where we drill from, we may perform update functions on a drilled Invoice. When we drill from an enquiry screen, or do not have access to update the Invoices, then of course we may only look at the detail. But when we drill in update mode, and with the necessary access, then we can perform any required maintenance actions on a drilled Invoice.

Slide 5

Slide notes: At the top left, for this Invoice, we can see a system message indicating that this Invoice will not be balanced by the system, because the stated Expected Invoice total is zero. That means that when the Invoice was first opened, the Operator did not know or did not feed the appropriate expected Invoice Total, but in fact, we can update that information now.
